Subprocessors

Stay Instead uses the third-party services below to operate. Each processes only the data needed for its role. We update this list as our infrastructure changes.

| Stripe | Payment processing and applying vendor-configured subscription changes on the vendor's connected account. | Connected account id, customer and subscription identifiers, plan/price, amount, currency, and webhook events. Stripe processes payment-card data as an independent processor. |
| Supabase | Primary database and vendor authentication. | Vendor account data, project and offer configuration, cancellation sessions (token hashes only), offer/consent records, and audit logs. |
| Vercel | Application hosting and scheduled jobs (webhook processing and reconciliation). | Request metadata and application logs. Environment secrets are stored server-side and are not exposed to the browser. |
| Resend | Transactional email (for example, vendor cancellation alerts). | Recipient email address and message content for the specific notification. |
